The Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship Subject Group is now seeking to appoint two Lecturers at Grade 8 (equivalent to Assistant professor) with research interests consistent with the areas of strategy, international business, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Preference will be given to candidates that show expertise in the areas of corporate sustainability or responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess, or be close to completion of, a PhD in the area of Strategy, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related discipline, should have a strong academic background, and demonstrate the ability to publish in the highest quality academic outlets. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate a successful teaching track-record commensurate with the post as they will teach in undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability and enthusiasm to enhance student experience are required skills for the post-holder. Knowledge of the particular needs of international students would be an advantage. The ability to guide and supervise students' independent learning is also an important requirement.
