• This position serves as a Level 2 Internship for the School of Hospitality Business. Duties include processing all wedding bookings for the Kellogg Center, MSU Union, Huntington Club, and Alumni Chapel.
• General Duties: Assist with wedding inquiries, site tours, guarantee calls, and event orders; create room diagrams in Meeting Matrix; merge wedding contracts, proposals, resumes, and room blocks in computer system; answer telephone and greet guests.
• The Conference Services Assistant role is to provide clerical and general office support to the Sales & Conference Services Team.
