This full-time position is designed to help maintain and grow our donor network through strategic stewardship, community engagement, and direct fundraising avenues. The Development and Communication Coordinator is responsible for overseeing key components of the Development and Communication Workplan including Annual Fundraising Campaigns, Donor Recognition, Events, and Communications. CRA’s development model uses a Donor-Centric approach to fundraising which requires relationship building through individual outreach along with constant communication in the form of organizational E-Blasts, Newsletters, and Social Media. This position works closely with CRA staff and the board to develop and cultivate long-term relationships with donors, helping to achieve CRA’s mission and enhance the organization’s sustainability.
