Prof. David Storey is Professor at the Department of Business Management and Economics at University of Sussex, UK. He has widely published on entrepreneurship and SMEs. Prof Storey is
currently working with the OECD updating the OECD SME and Entrepreneurship Policy Evaluation Handbook and has also undertaken work for many overseas governments and organizations.
Dr. Minto-Coy is Senior Lecturer, Academic Director and Co-Head, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Mona School of Business & Management, UWI. She is also
Associate Editor, Journal of Comparative International Management and the AIB-LAC representative of the Caribbean countries.
