Diversity is having a seat at the table, inclusion is having a voice, and belonging is having that voice be heard.

Twilight Tours
Farm tours for and by farmers—that's the essence of our Twilight Tour series. An opportunity for local producers (and anyone else who is interested) to learn from one another's practices and experiences. A brief introduction is followed by an informal tour with time for questions, stories, and community building.

The Weinrich Farm

The Weinrich Farm is a 78-acre diversified farm that began with a family's audacious idea to leave big city office jobs to relate with the land as first generation farmers. Drawing inspiration from farmers such as Joel Salatin and Gabe Brown, farmers Adam and Dandan are focused on raising multiple livestock species on pasture.

With warm welcome, Adam, Dandan and Crosshatch invite you to join us for a showcase of the livestock systems—including multi-species rotational grazing, mixed bird housing, and pastured hogs—that the Weinrichs have established since they began farming in 2019. Despite their very recent beginnings, Adam and Dandan have worked with full passion and commitment for the last few years. They are happy for this opportunity to share their experiences, and invite the questions and advice that you bring from your own livestock interests and practices.

Directions:
Please note that online mapping directions will take you to the neighbor’s driveway, which is 100 yards to the west. Please enter the gravel drive marked by a flag and follow Crosshatch event signage as you approach.
