Please join us for a field day hosted by Michigan State University, University of Michigan, and collaborating organic farmers. We will visit experimental plots that include two different cover crop mixtures, as well as single-species crimson clover and cereal rye cover crops. We will share preliminary study results, followed by a group discussion and lunch.

This is a USDA NIFA funded research project with Michigan State University, University of Michigan and organic farmers in Michigan collaborating to better understand how cover crop mixes impact soil fertility and health, following a small grain crop in Michigan.
