The School of Management of California Lutheran University (www.callutheran.edu<http://www.callutheran.edu>) invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track position of MBA Program Director. The MBA Program Director is the key administrator in the School of Management's (SoM) MBA Program area, consisting of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Sciences in Management (MSM) programs. Working under the direction of the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and in close cooperation with other senior administrators at SoM, MBA Program Director ensures high quality delivery of the MBA programs, supervises MBA Program staff, and bears the overall academic and administrative responsibility for all three academic programs mentioned above. In addition, the MBA Program Director coordinates corporate outreach and alumni relation activities for the School of Management.
