GCG is part of the Evergreen family of worker-owned Cooperatives. We operate a 3.25 acre covered deep water culture hydroponic facility in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood. A candidate for the head grower position or paid internship should have experience in the following:

                                                    i.     Controlled Environment Management (e.g., lighting, humidity, nutrients, etc.),

                                                   ii.     Disease and pest identification,

                                                  iii.     Application and usage of sprays,

                                                  iv.     Beneficial insect regiment/schedule,

                                                   v.     Scouting method/procedure, and

                                                  vi.     Crop trials/R&D.
