It is 7 years from 2013 (marked as the first year of China’s Internet Finance era) to 2020 (when P2P platforms in China eventually fall to zero). Since 2020, “Internet Finance” has fallen out of fashion, while “Fintech” takes up the baton. Dr. Chenglu Jin will introduce the impacts of “Internet Finance” or “Fintech” on Chinese investor behaviours and regulations on financial institutions. In particular, an overview of Chinese consumer and business process transformation by advances in artificial intelligence and big data will be presented.
