As we discussed, at this time we're intending to hire one position out of Chubbuck (backfill behind vice-Ohr) and another position in Boise for successional planning in the Hydro branch. Given that we want to expose these new staff to as much diverse work as we can (without burning them out), we plan to integrate them into additional programs if their capacity allows and workload is there. We also would intend to continue our One-IFWO approach of cross-office assistance, so there may be opportunities for the new hires to work across offices on projects if the need is there.
