The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY has openings for full-time
and part-time adjunct faculty members in the School of Culinary Science and
Nutrition. There are a variety of courses that faculty members can teach
depending on expertise, but the primary need currently is for Nutrition (1.5
credits) and Food Safety (1.5 credits), and then other courses could include
Science Fundamentals (3 credits), Culinary Science: Principles and
Applications (3 credits), Food, Nutrition & Public Health (3 credits), Science
of Food (3 credits), Intro to Food Systems (1.5 credits) and more. Courses are
currently online or hybrid but they are moving towards more in-person starting
in the Fall so definitely need someone on-site.. and just a warning that
