Hi, Julie -

I'm leading a funded project that is focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the geosciences, especially developing people's leadership capacities to bring about systems level changes.  I'm recruiting highly motivated people who have significant experience in leading institutional or organizational changes related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.  It's an NSF-funded program (description of program linked here).  I'm looking for geoscientists who have the capabilities to effect systems-level change!
