My name is Fabiola Monje-Cueto, from the Universidad Privada Boliviana.  

Together with colleagues in other Latin American countries, we aim to apply to a call from the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) with funding from the European Union. The funding is to advance research networks between Latin America and a university in a European country. It seeks to promote the creation and development of research networks to plan joint R&D&I activities, consolidate their results and carry out international promotion and strategic positioning activities that contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
