Dear AIB members, My name is Fabiola Monje-Cueto, from the Universidad Privada Boliviana. Together with colleagues in other Latin American countries, we aim to apply to a call from the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) with funding from the European Union. The funding is to advance *research networks between Latin America* and a *university in a European countr*y.
