• The Lettuce Entertain You Remote Intern Learning Experience is an unpaid, educational program that includes weekly live-streamed seminars and recorded webinars, access to Lettuce Entertain You industry experts, mentorships and self-exploration, and a restaurant concept project. 
• Runs June through mid-August, approximately 11 weeks total, with a 5-10 hour a week commitment expected. 
• IN ADDITION to the remote intern learning experience, they are offering paid front-of-house and back-of-house opportunities in Chicago, Washington D.C., and Las Vegas!
