in 50+ countries. As a senior partner in PwC, he held various executive leadership roles, including Global Chief Strategy & Business Model Innovation Officer, leading the firm’s global strategy, strategic acquisitions and investments, brand positioning, business
model transformation/innovation, and geopolitical risk management across 150+ countries.

Dr. Stav Fainshmidt is an Associate Professor and the Knight Ridder Eminent Scholar Chair in International Business at the FIU College of
Business. His research examines institutions and governance, organizational capabilities, and methods in organizational research. His work appears in outlets such as Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management
Studies, Journal of World Business, and Organization Studies. Prior to joining FIU, Dr. Fainshmidt worked with Deloitte (Isr.) in auditing and consulting services.
