Costa Rica is welcoming visitors from every country of the world without quarantines. Health insurance is mandatory and available at low cost. When you leave the country, most airlines are requiring a negative COVID test close to departure; the tests are available at many sites with results in as little as four hours. COVID infection rates in Costa Rica and active cases are currently lower in comparison to United States and Canada.

A chapter of GLOBELICS is in formation for North America and the Caribbean, to encourage research and education on innovation and development. Add your name here<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDPz3obC4DHL0WtS1ak7H-0QJnQ0-1FQjlmOc7ZE63f95D9A/viewform> to the email list for more information.
