Iowa’s LTRM Team is one of six Long Term Resource Monitoring (LTRM) stations on the Upper Mississippi River (UMR), and is charged with collecting vital long-term biological information about fish, aquatic vegetation, and water quality in Pool 13. These Mississippi River Sampling Technicians serve as the Fish Component Lead and Vegetation Component Lead/Data Analyst on this team. These positions are responsible for collection, management, and reporting of data under general direction of the Team Leader.
