Greetings from FIIB Business Review

Thank you so much for your emails with compliments on Scopus Indexing of FIIB Business Review. I apologize if I was not able to reply to any email personally. I am also thankful to you for reading and submitting your research to the journal. With you all, FIIB Business Review (FBR) is accelerating its continued growth. Journal is indexed with Scopus, ABI-Inform, EBSCO main and many others (application is under review with Clarivate). FBR receives 200+ submissions monthly on an average and 20% of these submissions are from finance and accounting domains. One of the USP of the journal is, it's a fast-track journal and aims to provide the first feedback within 60 days. To maintain the speed and status of the journal. We invite nominations for Senior Associate Editor in 'Finance and Accounting' specialization. The position is on a volunteer basis, includes no financial or non-financial incentives. The Senior Associate Editor will be appointed for a renewable three-year term and will assume duties on an immediate basis. 

Area Associate Editor is should have the following qualifications:

Mandatory 

Scholarly strength: Should have a Ph.D. degree in Finance and Accounting followed by a good publication track-record in SCOPUS Q1 and Q2 and/or ABDC A and B (in the core area journals).

Expected  

Editorial experience: Has served or is serving as an Associate Editor. Special Issue Editor, or Editor or has equivalent experience as a decision editor in other leading journals is desired.

Open-minded and constructive attitude: History of open-mindedness regarding topics and methodologies for management research and constructiveness in helping people develop different types of research contributions.

Strong work ethic: History of a strong work ethic in editorial activities, including both timeliness and ability to handle a steady stream of papers.

Collaborative leadership experience: Ability to work effectively as a leader in an extended team. As FBR Co-Editor, the relevant team will include the FBR Editor and Associate Editors, FBR Editorial Review Board members and ad hoc reviewers, staff and board members, and an evolving set of other global contributors.

Passion: A clear commitment to helping the journal and the discipline move forward, both operationally and strategically, and an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the continued growth of a journal.

Visionary and proactive leadership skills: Co-Editors must take an active part in developing the strategic direction of the journal.

The proposal should involve the following:

A statement of interest indicating the nominee’s name, full address, email, and telephone number.

A letter of up to 500 words summarizing the nominee’s qualifications relative to the criteria above.

Current curriculum vitae.

If available, relevant statistics (number of papers handled, distribution of decisions, evaluations) from previous editorial experiences
