We are currently recruiting applicants for a 2021 4-H STEAM Corps position based in the Western UP of Michigan (including MI counties bordering WI.) Please consider sharing the following with anyone who may be interested.


2021 4-H STEAM Corps: Western UP of Michigan (including MI counties bordering WI)

Do you enjoy science, technology, engineering, art, or math? Do you want to share your passion for STEAM with youth and volunteers? Are you looking to give back to your community and make a difference in the lives of youth? Join the 4-H STEAM Corps! You will gain valuable career experience and professional development while earning money for tuition or student loans. We are recruiting an Americorps member to serve the western UP of Michigan, including the counties bordering Wisconsin. Dates of Service: February-September 2021. Living Allowance: $7,140 (pre-tax) and Educational Award: $3,097.50 (pre-tax).


You will gain experience in: program development and delivery; community and volunteer engagement, communications, and coordination; youth mentoring; verbal/written communications; customer service; record keeping; and data entry.
