Virtual DIY Food Festival
When: Thursday, February 25th at 6:00 pm
National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Managers, and Spartan Beverage Society will be joining forces
to host a Virtual DIY Food Festival in celebration of Black History Month.
All those participating will prepare a main dish from the African American culture and four side dishes featuring four different cultures from
around the world. All participating students will also be reimbursed for the ingredients used during this event. Click the button below to register.

be speaking with us about the company as well as his own role as general manager. Those attending are encouraged to come with questions prepared!

ETA Sigma Delta (ESD)
National Induction Ceremony Applications
Applications will be sent next week to all those who are interested and eligible in being inducted into Eta Sigma Delta, the international honors
society for hospitality students. All applications for National Induction Ceremony are due by March 1, 2021. Those who applied last year do not need to fill out the updated applications.

to our Troops and Healthcare Hero's

ETA Sigma Delta will be sending letters to Troops and Front-Line workers. If you are interested in participating please reach out to Leah Gregory ([log in to unmask]).
All Eta Sigma Delta Members will receive five points for every letter written. Writing these letters will be a great way to accumulate points if you want to be on the E-Board next year. At the end of the semester, the member with the most points will receive
a $100.00 prize!
