Located in Armada Township, Michigan lies a unique business opportunity. A turnkey
USDA certified organic farm with everything one would need to operate a successful family farm.
The farm has a 170 member CSA with a 50 person waiting list. A kale contract with a Midwest juicing company based in Berkley, MI. The farm also services 2 large high end grocery stores. The farm
has sales that have grown substantially over the past 5 years, with a lot of room to grow.
The home is an updated 2900+- sq. ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, with an additional 1700 sq ft basement with outside access, including another finished bedroom. Built in 1984, the home has only had
2 owners and in 2013 a new furnace, heat pump and central air were installed.
The cultivated fields are up to 12 acres and all are tiled with 4” drain tile every 40’. 6 acres are enclosed with electric fence.
The pole barn is 48’x30’ and houses a
12’x9’ walk in cooler.
A brand new well was dug in 2020 and is plenty to service all fields with drip irrigation.
There are 4 unheated season extending cold frame greenhouses each 20’x96’ with extended side heights for additional growing space. There is also
one 30’x48’ heated greenhouse with a 200’000 btu gas forced air furnace. The heated greenhouse includes nine 4’x8’ planting tables.
The farm includes two tractors:
1994 Case International hydrostatic 28hp 2030hrs
2004 John Deere 4720 hydrostatic 58hp with a loader
and cruise control. 2150hrs. The cruise control is a
must when operating the water wheel transplanter.

Asking price for ALL of this is $700,000.
Any serious party will be taken on a real time virtual tour with me, Matt Martin (Owner/Farmer), through zoom or facetime showing the entire property, equipment and home.
