Hello all, Ohio State University has recently posted the term Research Technician position that is a collaboration with the Sandusky office at ODNR-Wildlife. This position is stationed in Sandusky and works daily with ODNR-Wildlife fisheries staff on a variety of assessment and research projects. We have always viewed this position as a step between undergraduate education and a master’s degree program, although all applicants will be considered. This is a 1-year term position with a possibility of renewal for an additional year and comes with health and benefits through OSU. Starting wage is commensurate with experience but is usually around $15/hour. We anticipate the candidate would start in late-March or April but can be flexible with the right candidate.
