The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for an innovative, strategic thinker to coordinate our efforts to recruit, retain and reactivate anglers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. R3, as it is called, aims to increase participation in fishing, hunting, shellfish and other outdoor activities. As the R3 Coordinator, you will work with a talented team of professionals in our Information and Education Division to develop, implement and evaluate strategies to increase diversity and overall participation in fishing and hunting. Working with partner organizations and agencies, you’ll help organize and conduct events and workshops to increase the awareness of the fun and the value of fish and wildlife related recreation.
