INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE AND PRESENT

The Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research is inviting to the Conference on Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Academic Business Research: East-West Dialog of Values organized in cooperation with Webster University in St. Louis, MO, USA.

This event will serve as a unique platform for researchers to focus on common challenges preventing the inclusion of diversity issues into academic research. The forum will provide a stage to discuss best research practices and insights towards proposing the rationale for changes in implementing inclusivity approaches in research.

The March 16, 2021 event will host prominent academics, researchers, and graduate students who will share key findings and upcoming research undertakings in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as a dialog about human values between Eastern and Western academicians.

Conference Objectives:

• Learn why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are more important in research now than ever, on what we should focus on, and how to prioritize the research resources. 
• Learn from others' experience and strategy of building inclusion into academic curriculum and training.
• Learn what traits companies look for to ensure graduates have these qualities and what businesses can learn from researchers to support millennials.
• Learn how to focus on building research-team and diversity training efforts.

A special issue on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Research will be published by the double-blind, peer-reviewed journal JEECAR indexed in Scopus. All non-previously published abstracts, manuscripts, and/or proposals must be submitted by February 15, 2020, to be considered for presentation and future publication.
