Hello AIB community:  I am looking for some sources for CEO communications with stakeholders that are comparable to "Earnings conference calls," in which CEOs have a conference call with securities analysts to discuss the firm's performance and prospects. There is a scripted opening statement and then Q&A.  For the time being, I want to get conference call text of CEOs from Europe speaking French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

BTW...many European firms are cross-listed in the USA.  I have conference call text when these CEOs speak "English".

If an earning conference call is not feasible, then can anyone recommend a setting in which CEOs speak with other stakeholders -- especially where there is some sort of Q&A session?
