Management and Organization Review 16.4 (October) Now Online!

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to share with you Table of Contents for MOR Volume 16, Issue 4. This issue features the second installment of the Dialogue, Debate, and Discussion Forum on Resilience. It extends the conversation to the challenge of leadership that generates resilience, repurposing lessons learned from past pandemics in the context of Africa, resilience as the new competitive driver giving rise to new resilience capabilities, and a striking account of resilience of thousands of Chinese companies that have managed to turn the pandemic catastrophe into renewal opportunities that enabled their bounce back from the crisis. It is altogether clear that the pandemic has revealed organizational resilience capabilities as a neglected organization design area of inquiry.

I very much trust that you will find reading this issue interesting, and will share the articles with your colleagues doing research in similar areas!

With best wishes always,
Arie Y. Lewin
