The Department of Management and Marketing in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Management. This is a tenure track position.

Areas of Specialization: Strategic Management and International Business.

Primary Job Duties: Teach courses in Strategic Management, International Business, and other management courses at the undergraduate and MBA level while maintaining an active research agenda. We seek candidates who use effective teaching and classroom management strategies which enhance the success of diverse learners. The normal teaching load is 9 hours per semester.

Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Strategic Management, International Business, or related discipline. Capable of meeting AACSB Scholarly Academic/ Academically Qualified (SA/AQ) as per the current definitions of the Perdue School of Business. Demonstrated ability to publish in peer reviewed management journals. ABD candidates are eligible, and would be hired at the rank of Instructor, with the requirement that the candidate complete the doctoral degree within one year of hire date.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctoral degree from an AACSB accredited program. Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in teaching Strategic Management and International Business and who provide evidence of teaching effectiveness including teaching evaluations.
