Our first meeting is today, September 8th at 7 PM. We
are excited to have the owner and head chef of Capital City BBQ guest
speak at our meeting. Capital City BBQ is a Vietnamese and BBQ restaurant in Lansing that was featured in 2017 on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."
Please attend if you are able! Previous MSU students still on this mailing list are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to hear a local chef's
story and perspective on food. The meeting will also include brief e-board introductions and a short food education activity.
