Dear Members of the Academy of International Business, The Innovation Working Group of the Young Scholars Initiative would like to invite young scholars to participate in the *YSI Virtual Plenary*. We are interested in works that address the topic of innovation in international business. This is an opportunity for young scholars to present their ongoing thesis/research to an international academic community and to receive feedback from a mentor with experience in the topic.
