The program is unique and designed to help students gain an international working experience while learning. 

Students will work on projects for Italian organizations and focus on the food, sustainability & related fields.  They will be introduced to food & sustainability through through short independent learning modules, and receive Italian language instruction.  They will learn to narrate and think critically about their entire experience by completing graded assignments. A learning facilitator will support their journey.
