Assistant Manager Intern Position

Beer Church Brewing Company

New Buffalo, Michigan

 

We are a 200 seat brewery restaurant seeking to fill 1-2 Assistant Manager Intern Positions immediately.  The position will last at least until late August  with the possibility of continued full or part time employment thereafter.  The duties include:

 

  • Managing daily operations of 200 seat brewery restaurant after significant training and shadowing by GMs and AMs
  • Opening and closing full transactions of the day, including computing and distributing tips and tip-outs and accounting for comps and taxes
  • Assuring that out 28k per Month customer flow is satisfied 
  • Scheduling and problem-solving for staff of 75
  • Participation in the Weekly Managers’ and Owners' Meeting 

The rate of pay for our intern position is $15/hour and the position will require approximately 30 hours per week.  We are also open to assisting you in obtaining course credit for this experience if your University allows it.
