Tenure Track position in Sustainable International Business

We are now inviting applications for the position of Assistant or Associate
Professor (Tenure Track) in Sustainable International Business. For the successful applicant this position offers an excellent opportunity to build a multifaceted academic career in a dynamic and international environment.
Job description and requirements
We are looking for candidates who have evidence of academic research and
interest in research in the subject area of international business. We are particularly interested in applicants whose research interests focus on dynamics, trends, drivers, and challenges in international business from sustainable development and (corporate)
responsibility perspectives. The expected areas of expertise and interest ideally include, but are not limited to, the following:
We value applicants’ experience in any of the areas above. Additionally,
in the selection process, we emphasize the applicants’ plan to focus future research on one/some of the above subject areas. Experience and/or interest in the utilization of data analytics and AI in data analysis will be considered a merit.
Applicants are required to have an applicable doctoral degree together with,
excellent academic merit as well as evidence of the potential to produce high quality research and evidence of good quality teaching or the potential to provide it.
The Tenure Track position is research-orientated, but the appointed person
will also acquire external funding, deliver high-quality teaching and theses supervision, actively participate in activities within the scientific community and university administration, as well as create societal impact through their work. The duities in
teaching and supervision are related to the study programmes in International Business. The scope of responsibilities is determined according to the career stage of the successful candidate and agreed in more detail in the Annual Work Plan.

The position is located in the School of Marketing and Communication in the
discipline of International Business. The research will be connected to one the university's three multidisciplinary research platforms. The subject areas of the research platforms are: Energy and sustainable development, Digital economy, and Innovation and
