High-level speakers from across the Commonwealth will explore issues of population and poverty, as well as the promise of technology in two sessions in the seminar. Panellists will draw from country experiences and provide relevant policy recommendations and advice. Session 2 Session 2 will focus on effects of COVID-19 on trade, in particular the effects on global value chains. In this session, panellists will also discuss the role in which technology has played during the pandemic.
