*Assistant/Associate Professor of Strategy/Global Management *

*Position:* The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College seeks to
fill the tenure track position of Assistant/Associate Professor
*Strategy/Global
Management*.

The Girard School of Business has approximately 1,200 undergraduate and
graduate students and offers a BS in Business Administration degree with
ten concentrations, and three MS degrees in Management, Accounting, and
Business Analytics. Our MS in Management program was ranked 8th in the TFE
Times 2018 list of best programs nationally.

The successful candidate for this position will deliver high-quality
undergraduate and graduate instruction to students, including both on
campus and online modalities, advise and mentor students, and assist with
the further development of the Global management concentration in the
business school. The 3/3 teaching load may include these courses: Strategic
Analysis and Decision-Making, Global Management, Doing Business in Emerging
Markets, International Entrepreneurship, Senior Seminar in International
Business and potentially other courses in Strategy and Global Management.
New courses may be proposed based upon the needs of the program and
candidate expertise. The successful candidate is also expected to publish
high-quality research and serve on faculty committees.

*Required Qualifications:*

   - PhD or ABD terminal degree in Management with an emphasis in
   International Business, Global Management, Strategy or a related field from
   an accredited institution
   - A strong record, or potential for, high-quality teaching in
   International Business or Strategy
   - Record of, or potential for, scholarly research in reputable
   peer-reviewed journals in International Business or Strategy



*Desired Qualifications:*



   - Familiarity with delivery of the X-Culture International Experiential
   learning program
   - International business professional experience.
