Mid-Michigan Ponds is hiring 1 full time summer position- as an Applicator Assistant. We provide pond and lake management services in the greater Lansing and surrounding areas. Dates of employment are early May to mid-August but could easily be extended if the applicant has availability. Duties include assisting pesticide applicator in field work, posting treatment notifications along shoreline areas, driving/loading/unloading work vehicles, boats and equipment, installation of aeration systems and fountains, and assorted other duties. Experience in backing a trailer and some small motor repair is beneficial, but not required. This is a great summer job for those who enjoy being outdoors and want to learn more about managing aquatic plants in lakes and ponds.
