The Ingham County Health Department is now hiring for its summer corps! All positions involve facilitating nutrition, gardening or exercise workshops and youth. Please share this opportunity with your networks.

- Lansing Parks and Recreation
- Food Systems Project of NorthWest Initiative
 

All positions involve youth programming around gardening, nutrition, and exercise!

 

Member Benefits:

  • Living stipend of $3,702 distributed bi-weekly
  • Student loan forbearance for qualified loans
  • Education award of $1,612.43 upon successful completion of service

Members Will: 

  • Serve 450 hours, May 4th - August 31st. That's 27-30 hours/week.
  • Receive continual professional development
  • Be a part of the National Service movement
  • Get hands-on experience with local food systems
