The International Association for Chinese Management Research, in collaboration with Cambridge University Press, is
seeking a new Editor-in-Chief for
Management and Organization Review.
Management and Organization Review
(https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/management-and-organization-review)
is the leading journal on Chinese management. Management and Organization Review publishes high impact theoretical and empirical papers in three domains. The first is research that seeks to understand phenomenon unique to China (context specific research).
The second is research that compares Chinese management with that of other countries or regions, including both emerging and developed economies (context dependent research). The third is management research that is universal (context free). We encourage research
that looks at phenomena that are of great important to organizations and society, in particular those that address the “grand challenges” facing business and organizations today. Some examples of such challenges include economic and social inequality, nature
of work in the internet and AI environments, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship. Studies at both the micro and macro levels as well as interdisciplinary research are welcome.
