The Center for Bat Research, Outreach, and Conservation at Indiana State University is recruiting 3 Bat Field Technicians to assist a PhD candidate’s research on bat ecology in south-central Indiana. Research involves mist-netting to capture and tag bats, homing telemetry to locate diurnal roosts, characterizing roosting habitat (vegetation plots), and performing roost exit counts. Additional responsibilities include data entry and quantifying leaf area using software.
