Dear AIB colleagues,
University of Macau (UM)
offer Postdoctoral Fellowships and Associateships to individuals who seek to extend and strengthen up their research capacity and produce publications in leading international academic journals with internationally
renowned experts at Faculty of Business Administration.
There are two types of postdoctoral support:
• UM Macao Postdoctoral Fellowship (UMPF)
About $ 60,000 USD/year, Conference/research travel allowance: $2,500 USD/year
• UM Postdoctoral Associateship (UMPA)
About $ 42,000 USD/year, Conference/research travel allowance: $1,700 USD/year
Requirements:
• The UM Macao Postdoctoral Fellowship and Associateship are awarded to PhD degree holders who have graduated within 2 years, or PhD students who are expected to graduate within 6 months
from the end of the application period (31 January 2020).
• Applicants should have proven record of outstanding academic achievements, including publications, patents, presentations and academic awards etc.
• Applicants for UMPF should possess a PhD degree from top ranked universities or disciplines (i.e., Top 200 ranked universities listed in the THE/QS ranking, or those listed under the Double
First-Class Initiatives and Programmes in Mainland China).
• Current UM postdoctoral fellows are not eligible for this programme
Duration:
The maximum duration of UMPF and UMPA is 24 months, starting from the time specified by the University. The UMPF and UMPA awardees are required to stay in UM for research during the contract
period
