International Business Educators:



Do you have difficulty engaging your students in the classroom? If so, you are not alone!

Motivating and engaging students in learning is our biggest challenge with college students.



If your new year resolution includes improving your teaching effectiveness, then consider participating in the 2020 International Business Pedagogy Workshops hosted by Georgia State University’s Center for International Business Education and Research on May 28-31, 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia.



Held since 1992 by a consortium of CIBERs (Centers of Excellence designated by the U.S. Department of Education), International Business Pedagogy Workshops have trained hundreds of business faculty.



Attend if you wish to:

  *   Learn about effective strategies and techniques for engaging your students in the classroom;
  *   Refresh your knowledge of the content, pedagogy, and resources for teaching international business;
  *   Be inspired by master teachers who have amassed years of experience;
  *   Learn about how to design student-centered course syllabus;
  *   Acquire practical knowledge of latest instructional technology tools;
  *   Deepen your knowledge of functional areas in IB, including international management, international marketing, international entrepreneurship, and international financial management;
  *   Take home a rich bundle of teaching materials with you, including a customized syllabus, exercises, and presentations;
  *   Share with others your own teaching innovations in a Poster Session!
