The Executive Director is responsible for financial management of the District, including payroll, budget preparation, cash flow preparation and analysis and grant management. The Executive Director provides leadership and supervision to diverse professional staff and provides adequate support for professional staff to fulfill their grant requirements. They oversee program development and implementation. Development of collaborative relationships both internally and externally are essential. The Executive Director also prepares meeting materials and provides staff support to the Conservation District Board of Directors, including record maintenance.
