Dear Colleagues,
The Academy of International Business-US West Chapter is collaborating with the Journal of World Business (JWB) to host a Paper Development Workshop (PDW) during its 2020
annual conference (http://www.aib-w.org/2020-annual-conference/). The
workshop will be held on Saturday February 29, 2020, 1:30-4:00pm, as part of the conference’s program.
The submission deadline for the PDW is January 6, 2020
The purpose of the PDW is to provide developmental feedback on research projects that are at relatively advanced stages of development and to encourage scholars and doctoral students
to develop quality research papers on issues that are of relevance to JWB and other high-quality international business journal outlets.
Submission Instructions
We encourage authors to submit their original work under two categories:
- Full-length papers (maximum of 10,000 words), and
- Idea papers (maximum of 2,000 words)
Papers previously submitted to other journals or conferences that were not successful in the review process are welcome for the PDW. Please submit your
papers to the AIB-US West PDW Coordinator, Prof. Sarika Pruthi at [log in to unmask].
Please submit a single document, including a cover page with the author names, emails, and affiliations. Each applicant can submit only one paper.
Submitting authors will be notified of the results of the review process by January 15, 2020.
Please note that authors will need to register for the AIB-US West conference in order to participate in the PDW. At least one
author of each accepted paper will need to confirm their participation in the PDW by January 25, 2020.
