     In this issue you will find two timely special issues on the important topics of strategic agility and employee voice.

 

     With my term as Editor coming to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful team of Associate Editors who have worked with me, our dedicated editorial review board members and ad hoc reviewers, and all of the authors who sent us their work. I am incredibly appreciative of all of the support I received and to have had this opportunity. The journal is on a great trajectory in terms of submissions, timelines, citations, impact factor, etc., and I am confident that John Delery, the next Editor-in-Chief, will take HRMR to even greater heights.
