Hola/Hi I am working on a project in accounting which is using a derivative of national culture scores as the IV. We started with Hofstede and GLOBE. A colleague tells me there are updated Hofstede scores but what is on Hofstede's website seems pretty much the same. The only new item I have been able to find is an update from Minkov where he pretty much disavows all but the individualism dimension and provides new scores for that. Is anyone aware of an update to Hofstede or something that will clone all 4 original dimensions plus LTO. Any reasonable suggestion is welcome and my colleague and I will be most grateful.
