Therefore, the knowledge translations and technology transfers from advanced countries to emerging markets and vice-versa are of essence. The advanced countries need access to the markets of emerging markets, and the emerging markets need the technology and investments, among others, from advanced countries. It is a win-win situation. In this context, the Academy of Business and Emerging Markets (ABEM) Conference<https://www.abem.ca/conference> in association with the World Scientific Publisherinvites book chapters that are based on thought-provoking topics yet theoretically sound and empirically testable. Controversial or debatable topics in the context of Business, Government and Community in emerging markets are particularly invited for the edited book entitled Business Practices, Growth and Economic Policies in Emerging Markets.
