Henley International Business Masterclasses – Autumn 2019

We are pleased to invite applications for the Autumn 2019 Session of the Henley International Business Masterclasses.

This session will run between 4 and 8 November 2019 and will consist of the following set of 2 masterclasses:

Strategy and International Business by Alain Verbeke, 4-6 November2019

Economics of International Business by Mark Casson and Gabriel Benito, 6-8 November 2019

 

The masterclasses are offered as a part of the PhD in International Business and Strategy at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, but are open to all PhD students, post-doctoral and early career researchers. Besides offering world-class training on conceptual issues and current debates in a particular aspect of IB, they provide networking opportunities and allow developing global partnerships.

Participants can either attend as formally enrolled students or as non-enrolled attendees. The first option will provide formal recognition in the form of credits. Participants will be awarded 10 credits per module, an equivalent of 5 ECTS credits, upon the positive evaluation of coursework and payment of a tuition fee (£230 for Home/EU students and £460 for Overseas students per module). The second option is free of tuition charges and will be non-credit bearing (participants will only receive a certificate of attendance).

A limited number of competitive scholarships is generously offered from the Alan Rugman Memorial Fund.
