NOTE: Teaching responsibility is normally 9 credit-hours (3 courses) per semester. Faculty members are expected to teach fundamental and advanced
courses at the undergraduate level in English and may be invited to teach courses of International MBA, a program offered by the College of Management. Compensation includes competitive salary, healthcare insurance, housing subsidy, and round trip air tickets
for home visiting, as well as other benefits. The healthcare insurance in Taiwan is one of the best in the world. All full-time faculty and immediate family members are eligible for the insurance.
ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE:
The International College offers four major tracks: International Business Administration, International Finance, International Hospitality and
Tourism, and Entertainment Management. Its curricula are designed around five core skills: critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, research skills, self-management skills, and communication skills. The College cherishes diversity and champions inclusion.
Its highly qualified faculty members came from more than 10 countries with years of academic and industrial experiences. Currently it has 700+ students while about 30% are international coming from 22 countries. English is the official language in International
