The 4th International Conference on Business Learning Games (ICOBLG) will be held on September 19th and 20th at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal. The ICOBLG brings together multi-disciplinary experts from business, education and learning games to promote innovation and the use of business learning games across multiple sectors. It is attended by educators, companies in the training and learning games space, and HR professionals from both small and large organizations. The conference provides a unique opportunity to network, share ideas and find solutions to help drive learning, organizational improvement and enhancement of business outcomes in an era of ongoing rapid change and uncertainty in the business environment. The ICOBLG runs in parallel to the finals of the International Business Learning Games Competition which attracts digital and non-digital business learning games from around the globe, the best of which are showcased during the conference.
