Please make your graduate students aware of the following graduate fellowship opportunity offered through an endowment in CANR.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION:  NOON, JULY  15, 2019
CANR FOOD SYSTEMS FELLOWSHIP
PURPOSE:  To provide financial resources to assist research efforts in creating new or alternative pathways for developing food to sustain human life.
ELIGIBILITY:  PhD Students engaging in research related to issues on hunger and food system as a whole; graduate students from any CANR department are eligible.  MS students will be considered if they are planning to pursue a PhD.
AWARD AMOUNT:  $6-7K PER AWARD
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT:  SHORT SUMMARY (NO MORE THAN ONE PAGE, SINGLE SPACED) OF HOW YOUR RESEARCH IS “creating new or alternative pathways for developing food to sustain human life”
